Many of those games on Linux are the Windows version with a compatibility layer.

Steam have AI labels and that opinion says that all games in Steam must have that label because they using Microsoft libs that was made with AI

Yeah, but it doesn't make sense because the game wasn't made using those libraries, it just accesses them.
