Context: the red pavement line means "no parking".
E: context:
- There are a stretch of no parking zone behind the frame that looks pretty much the same
- This is also the bike/motorcycle lane
- There are enough room in the parking slot, so extra room for maneuver is not necessary
- The parking slots are not free
- The parking slots are next to a intersection

I don't see the problem. Don't park outside the marked area. Red line is reminding you, because lots of people think the marked rectangle is a suggestion.
Am I missing something here or what’s the problem? There are parking spots and there is an area where you can’t park that’s clearly marked.
